Employer Essentials Packs

Everything you need to get started as a new employer

You’d be surprised to learn how often we have business owners come to us for help because they’ve copied a contract or policy they found online for use in their business, only to find it wasn’t the best idea! The problem only comes to light when a problematic situation arises, and they discover the document conflicts with policy or isn’t compliant with current law and they face a potential employment tribunal.

There is a lot of legislation relating to employing people, so it’s important that you have everything in place to safeguard both you and your employees. That’s why we would urge all employers to seek professional advice when it comes to HR documentation.

GoldHR Employer Essentials Packs

This is the number one document that can make or break your business.

This gives you a variety of handy documents and checklists to get your new starter on board quickly and easily and gives you the peace of mind all the important stuff is done.

Equal Opportunities Policy
General Data Protection Policy
Grievance Policy
Health and Safety Policy
Types of Leave Policies (including annual leave, sickness, parental leave etc.)

Whether you’re employing someone for the first time, or your team is going, these are the essential policies you need, which set out what you expect from your employees and what they can expect from you.

Having worked with the team @GoldHR for a number of years I would definitely recommend them to any golf club or business owner. They have helped us with a variety of challenging situations, always achieving a successful outcome. They understand the issues and needs of our business and provide us with the peace of mind that we complying with current employment legislation. They are a valuable resource for our club that is cost effective. Realistically very few golf clubs can justify a full time HR professional and GoldHR is the real alternative – all that expertise at a fraction of the cost.

I have worked with GoldHR for a number of years and would highly recommend their services. They have helped us in a number of areas, including recruiting the right staff, ensuring our contracts are up to date, designed a new employee handbook, implementing an appraisal process and assisted us with some difficult exit plans.

As an SME in a competitive market it is vital to have the best HR support possible to ensure your HR needs are carried out to a high standard. I would highly recommend GoldHR to any fast growing small to medium size business who wants to outsource their complete HR requirements.

Having the right level of HR support has meant I have now more time to focus on developing and running my business. This is a highly sensitive area and it’s important to have the best people. GoldHR have been an asset and we are pleased to have them as our trusted HR partner.

MD, Surrey based PR Company

I have been delighted to work with Sam Gold over the past two years. I was introduced to her through a colleague at a point where my business was growing and I had about 10 employees.

Whilst, at that time I had a particular problem with 1 employee and Sam helped me with that, I quickly realised she has a wealth of knowledge and information that was so useful to me as a small business owner.

Sometimes HR issues can seem onerous and tricky but Sam has a brilliant knack of simplifying it all, giving me the correct and succinct information and then helping me deliver information in a calm and reasoned manner.

Knowing Sam knows all the legal requirements around HR is very reassuring and I am happy to consider her as a very valued member of my little team.
